Create a Smoothie

The Popeye Smoothie
6-8 ounces yogurt, any flavor
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen fruit
1 cup packed spinach
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
Yield: 1 big delicious smoothie
